The Versiti 401(k) plan allows you to set aside money so you can live a comfortable lifestyle at the time of retirement. The 401(k) plan provides you with three different ways to invest in your future and Versiti will match your contributions.

Versiti will match your contributions at 100% every pay period up to 7%. This means for every dollar that you contribute, Versiti will add one dollar to your account.
You are always 100% vested in your own contribution to the plan. For employees hired January 1, 2020 or later, Versiti Match contributions will become 100% vested over three years:
Versiti offers three types of contribution saving options, listed below. These options provide you with the flexibility to decide how to save and when/how those savings should be taxed.
〉 Pre-tax 401(k) contributions
〉 After-tax Roth 401(k) contributions
〉 Regular after-tax 401(k) contributions
For 2024, the maximum pre-tax and Roth employee contributions are:
- Under Age 50 - $23,000
- Above Age 50 - $30,500
